Our mission is to create a welcoming space where everyone, regardless of their background or circumstances, can enjoy films that entertain, inspire reflection and promote dialogue. At Open Cinema, we bring cinema to ethnic and rural communities, offering accessible screenings and complementary activities that encourage community participation and storytelling. We believe cinema is a powerful tool for building bridges and fostering mutual understanding.
In collaboration with our partners Éxodo and Fundación Manos Invisibles, we bring quality cinema to the country's most underserved communities. Our goal is to harness the transformative power of cinema to inspire, educate, and promote reflection on crucial societal issues. Through free screenings, dialogue activities, and educational workshops, we aim to foster cultural inclusion and equitable access to the audiovisual arts, creating spaces where stories can connect and resonate with audiences' life experiences.
